Our group open to beginners and any experienced with connecting to our own inner healing, a small group of 6-8 people.
Learn simple breathing exercises based on Qigong and and older Usui Reiki practice often not taught or focused on in western traditions, finishing the evening with a gentle Reiju empowerment. There's handouts so you can practice them at home if you want to, and time to ask about anything related to personal inner development.
Each evening is an event in itself guided by the needs of the moment, there's no commitment to come each time and new people are welcome. Our intention is to learn to listen inwards where our consciousness flows effortlessly throughout our body; or where our ki is stuck and needs a little support.
Cost: £10 (cash or card on evening)
